Our first experience with Big Mission Automotive was excellent so we decided to have them perform the first major repair on our Porsche Cayenne Diesel since we purchased it new in August, 2015. The diesel Cayenne now has 115,000 miles and other than consumable items like fluids, brakes, wiper blades, etc. it’s never needed service. After a round trip to Chicago, I had all I could take of the noise that was getting louder in the rear end. While I had it at Big Mission for an oil change I had them give it a drive and listen for themselves to figure out the problem. The diagnosis was failing rear wheel bearings. Dropped the car off at 9am Thursday morning, it was done by 4pm the same day. They also did a much needed fluid change in both differentials as well as the transfer case. The repairs and service returned the Cayenne to essentially “as new” performance. I had forgotten how quiet that car was on the road. Thank you Big Mission.
